Summary. Apeachure Science delivers digital software services only. Nothing is physically shipped. The first month is charged immediately on signup. Subscription fees are non-refundable, but you can cancel any time via WhatsApp to stop future billing.

1. Nature of our services

Apeachure Science is a software business operating two subscription services — Brobot (an AI fitness coaching service) and Wheatley (a personal & family assistant). Both services are delivered entirely digitally over messaging channels (WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram). There are no physical goods, manuals, or media.

2. Shipping

Because we deliver software services only, no shipping applies. There are no shipping charges, shipping zones, delivery times, customs duties, or physical packaging associated with any Apeachure Science subscription.

Service activation

Service is delivered immediately on subscription. Within minutes of completing checkout you will be onboarded by the assistant on your chosen channel. The first month is charged at signup; recurring monthly billing continues on the signup anniversary unless you cancel.

Wheatley shopping note

Wheatley can place orders for physical goods at third-party online merchants on your behalf. Those orders are governed by each merchant's own shipping policy and are entirely between you and that merchant. Apeachure Science is not the seller of those goods, does not handle the merchandise, and is not party to the shipment.

3. Refunds

3.1 Discretionary credits for service failures

If the service fails to deliver in a substantial and prolonged way through our fault (e.g. an outage on our side preventing the service from operating for an extended period), we may at our discretion provide a service credit applied against a future month. Such credits are issued case-by-case and must be requested in writing within 30 days of the failure.

3.2 Erroneous charges

If you believe you've been charged in error (e.g. duplicate charge, billing after cancellation, charge after deletion), contact us immediately at cs@apeachure.science. We will investigate within five (5) business days. Charges confirmed to be in error will be refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, with no fee and no minimum term, by sending a WhatsApp message to the assistant for the service you want to cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again, and you keep access to the service until the period ends.

If you prefer, you can also email cs@apeachure.science with your account details and a request to cancel. We will action it within one (1) business day and confirm.

5. Wheatley orders & merchant returns

Where Wheatley has placed an order at a third-party merchant on your behalf, returns and refunds are governed by that merchant's policy. You should contact the merchant directly. Apeachure Science cannot retrieve goods, accept returns, or refund payments made to a third-party merchant.

If the merchant refunds you, the refund typically appears on the same payment card the merchant charged. The Apeachure Science subscription itself is unrelated to the merchant transaction and is not affected by merchant refunds.

6. Disputes & chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at cs@apeachure.science. Most concerns can be resolved within a few business days. Initiating a chargeback with your card issuer without first contacting us may delay resolution and, if no error is found, may result in account suspension pending review.
