These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Apeachure Science (UEN 53523038M), a business registered in Singapore, with registered address at 327 River Valley Road #09-03, Singapore 238359 (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "Apeachure Science"). By subscribing to or using our services, you ("you", "Customer") agree to these Terms.
Apeachure Science provides software services delivered as conversational AI assistants:
Each service is a standalone monthly subscription. Detailed feature descriptions are published on the relevant product page at apeachure.science.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Singapore law to subscribe. By subscribing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
Each service is billed at S$14.00 per month in Singapore Dollars (SGD), inclusive of any applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) where charged. Pricing displayed on apeachure.science is the authoritative price.
The first month's subscription fee of S$14.00 is charged immediately upon signup. The date of signup becomes your monthly billing anniversary.
Your subscription renews automatically each month on the billing anniversary. Each renewal is charged to the payment method on file. If a charge fails, we will retry up to three times over five days; if still unsuccessful, your subscription will be suspended and we will notify you via your subscribed channel.
Card payments are processed by Airwallex (Singapore) Pte. Ltd., a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Card details are entered directly into Airwallex's hosted payment form; we never see, store, or process your full card number, expiry, or CVV. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
We may revise subscription pricing from time to time. Any change will be communicated to active subscribers via their subscribed channel at least 30 days before the new price takes effect. Continued use of the service after the change constitutes acceptance; you may cancel before the change takes effect to avoid the new pricing.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by sending a WhatsApp message to the assistant for the relevant service. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum term. Your service remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged for any subsequent period.
Subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancelling stops future billing but does not produce a refund for the current billing period or for any prior period. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription for breach of this clause without refund.
When you connect a third-party service (e.g. Garmin, Whoop, Oura, Google Calendar) you authorise us to read or write data on your behalf via that service's official API. You are responsible for maintaining the underlying account and for any costs the third party charges you.
When you direct Wheatley to place an online order, you authorise the use of your stored payment card and shipping address for that order. You are responsible for confirming the order, quantity, price, and delivery address before authorising the purchase. Once an order is placed at a merchant, returns or refunds are subject to that merchant's own policy — Apeachure Science cannot reverse a completed merchant order on your behalf.
You are responsible for the security of the messaging account you use to communicate with our assistants. If your WhatsApp/Discord/Telegram account is compromised, contact us immediately so we can pause your subscription and prevent unauthorised actions.
Our services are powered by large language models and software automation. Output is generated programmatically and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge that:
We aim to provide a continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be unavailable due to maintenance, third-party outages (e.g. WhatsApp, AI provider, wearable APIs), or events outside our control. We will use reasonable efforts to restore service promptly. Brief or routine outages are not grounds for refund.
All software, code, prompts, written materials, branding, and other intellectual property of Apeachure Science remain our exclusive property. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for the duration of your subscription. No other rights are granted.
Content you submit to the service (your data, messages, photos) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express, implied, or statutory), including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, Apeachure Science's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if advised of their possibility.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Apeachure Science harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the services, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your subscription with reasonable notice if you breach these Terms, if continued service is impractical, or if required by law. We may terminate immediately and without refund in cases of fraud, abuse, or serious breach. On termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via their subscribed channel before taking effect. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property.
Before commencing formal proceedings, the parties will use good-faith efforts to resolve disputes through direct negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to court.
Notices to you may be sent via your subscribed messaging channel or to the email address on your account. Notices to us should be sent to cs@apeachure.science or by post to the registered address listed at the top of these Terms.
These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy referenced herein) constitute the entire agreement between you and Apeachure Science regarding the services. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
